Grand Central Terminal
Grand Central Terminal is one of America’s busiest train stations with more than 700,000 people passing through it every day. WireCom’s diamond wire was used in the East Side Access Project where JP Hogan used WireCom’s concrete wire to saw the crash walls between tracks in the Grand Central Terminal tunnels in December 2017. The wire efficiently sawed through the granite façade set on the concrete substraight. This project was one of the largest infrastructure projects in the United States.
